A photo of a recipe for Sweet Potatoe Muffins, with a picture of muffins. It reads, "Ingredients: 3 c. mashed sweet potato 2 c. flour 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vegetable oil 3 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c. ground flaxseed meal, optional. Sweet Potato Muffins, Instructions: To prep the sweet potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until the inside is soft when poked with a fork. Remove and let cool. When the potatoes are cool, peel off the skin and mash the sweet potato filling until any big lumps are gone. Measure out 3 cups worth of filling. To make the muffins: In a large bowl , combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a seperate bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir the wet ingredients and then add the sweet potato. Pour into muffin tins. If using flaxseed, sprinkle on top of the muffins. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Notes: 3 large sweet potatoes is approximately 3 cups. If you run out of sweet potatoes, you can add in some mashed banana"

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Ms. Otthofer! 🌟 Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Ms. Otthofer with some fun facts: 🍜 Her favorite food is spicy ramen! 🦜 If she could choose any animal as a pet, it would be a penguin. How cool is that? 🌎 Her happy place is Argentina, where she taught English in 2023. What an amazing experience! 🎶 And if she could have a theme song play every time she walks into a room, it would be “Walking on Sunshine.” Let's hear it for Ms. Otthofer! 🌟👏 #TidePride #StaffSpotlight #GetToKnowUs #TaylorTide

🎨 Art in Motion with Mr. Achuff's Class! 🎨 Our creative students worked in groups to bring their art to life! First, they traced one of their group members and showed motion within the forms. Then, they filled the outlines with dynamic lines and shapes. To finish, they added pops of color using different mediums. 🖌️✨ Check out how they’ve combined teamwork and creativity to make some truly unique pieces! #ArtClass #CreativityInAction #Teamwork #StudentArtists
