What a wonderful student leadership event hosted by Annville-Cleona! Some of our students had the opportunity to join a student leadership seminar called, "The Winning Edge", by Craig Hillier! Craig Hillier has a passion to work with students, educators, and professionals. He has spoken to over two million people since 1990. His high-energy programs and contagious enthusiasm captivate audiences throughout the United States. Participants find themselves engaged in a story and then suddenly they are on their feet with an activity that drives the point even further. His programs are known to be up-beat, fun and educational. Many schools are in attendance and our students are having an excellent time! #RollTide

As we gear up for an exciting new school year filled with enriching extracurricular activities, we want to ensure that all interested participants are well-prepared for the upcoming season. To streamline the registration process and prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, all prospective participants must complete our pre-participation packet. Please note that we have recently updated our physical requirement. In order to participate in any extracurricular activities, the physical must be dated May 1st or after. This is a crucial update to ensure that all students are in optimal health and ready to engage in physical activities safely. To assist you in preparing for the new school year, please review the following documents on our webpage here https://www.columbiabsd.org/o/high-school/page/athletics: 1) 2024-25 Pre-Participation Packet in English and Spanish 2) Document showcasing all the extracurricular activities offered by Columbia High School We encourage you to review these materials thoroughly and complete the pre-participation packet at your earliest convenience. This morning, we acknowledged the students who, in the month of February, demonstrated respectful, responsible, and safe behavior (by having passing grades, no office referrals, and fewer than 6 teacher referrals). Although it was a close race, "Shrek" was the movie of choice! Thanks to the amazing students of the Columbia Middle/High School Hill Campus!
