The District solicits competitive bids or requests for proposals (RFP) for those purchases of materials, supplies, construction, reconstruction, repairs and services that are expected to cost $19,400 (2015 bid limit).

Sealed bids/RFPs must be received per bid instructions, no later than the date specified. Bids/RFPs that do not meet the requirements stated in the bid package will be rejected.

The District also participates in the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (LLIU13) joint purchasing program. Vendors interested in receiving a bid package from LLIU13 should contact Diane Bates at diane_bates@iu13.org.
